About Together We Sing
Launched in 2019 as Gospel Goes Classical, the program reemerged in 2022 as Together We Sing following a two-year pandemic hiatus. As Project Unity’s signature fundraiser, the program guarantees a 5- star night of inspiration and unity at the renown Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center in Dallas.
Expect amazing performances featuring nationally acclaimed recording artists, a full orchestra, and our 200-voice Unity choir. This year’s event includes Project Unity’s 2nd Annual Together We Awards to recognize companies, organizations, individuals and faith communities who employ activism, advocacy, and goodwill to blaze new paths to confront and dismantle racism.
Together We Sing brings performers and audience members together to experience the unifying power of music. Given Together We Sing’s theme of unity and togetherness, it is only fitting this incredible night of celebration falls within National Black Music Month and occurs only days before Juneteenth!
