Community Building Solutions
Project Unity is a collaborative movement based on the belief that what unites us is greater than what divides us. Our core focus is building and sustaining community.
We offer a unique suite of programs themed “Together We” that form a network of programs that serve as Community Building Resources for organizations to build strong collaborative work environments, improve respect among colleagues, and create a sense of belonging for everyone.
Through our Community Building Resources, we provide:
- A forum for safe and authentic dialogue opportunities on various subject matters that impact our lives
- A platform to share and learn from a diverse network of business professions who share resources to drive business improvements and cultural intelligence efforts
- Cause-focused opportunities to express support for our cultural differences and raise awareness about improving race relations to help build unity in the community

Together We Dine
Share a meal with colleagues or strangers as you engage in authentic and safe conversations about our unique lived experiences and listen to the stories of your fellow diners.
Led by a trained facilitator, you will participate in healthy and structured dialogue, answering questions such as:
- Describe the makeup of your community growing up. How did it shape your views towards others who are different than you?
- Have you ever experienced being stereotyped? What do you wish that person knew about you?
- Is there a time when you felt hopeful because of the actions or words of another person towards you or someone else? How did you feel?

Collab Lab
The Collab Lab was launched in 2022 as a resource for Project Unity’s corporate and non-profit partners to come together and collaborate on cultural inclusion and corporate community engagement matters that affect their business and internal employee relations. Partners participate in bi-monthly collaborations meetings over lunch to share best practices, convey knowledge gained through practical experience, and pass on valuable industry resources. Speakers range from Project Unity partners to special guests who serve as subject matter experts on topics.

Together We Can
The Together We Can wristband is a physical expression for individuals to show their support for the unique cultural differences we all share and an opportunity to raise awareness about standing together against hatred towards others regardless of race or other identity differences.
Wear your Together We Can wristband:
- As a symbol of solidarity for an inclusive world
- As a reminder to live a lifestyle of mindfulness against hate
- As an expression of your personal action against racism
Wristbands are distributed at each Together We Dine event. If you are unable to attend an event, you can request wristbands for yourself or team members by contacting us.
